George L. Lutich – Chief Executive Officer

George Lutich is an accomplished Chief Executive Officer, Business Owner, Sales Director, Salesman and Entrepreneur as reflected in the following accomplishments over the last 20 years:

Paragon Water Systems, Inc. – 1996 to Present. George has served in a variety of capacities at Paragon Water Systems, Inc. over the course of his career. He was Director of Purchasing and Assistant General Manager, and now serves as the Chief Executive Officer. Duties and responsibilities throughout his early tenure at Paragon Water Systems, Inc. imbued George with a "hands on" approach and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the water filtration business as well as a thorough understanding of the wide variety of products and production requirements of his customers.

George's various duties included but were not limited to implementation of JIT (Just-in-time inventory), package and literature development, coordination and planning of quality control functions, procurement standards, vendor negotiations, import/export functions, international relations, project management, management reporting, training, liaison between banks, QC department, and Customer Service, aided in procedural development, employee relations, sales support, problem solving, payroll review, safety compliance, product line expansion, and the establishment of a wholly owned foreign corporation in People's Republic of China.

George's early foray into the international arena in 2001 and 2002 searching for reliable, less costly production facilities culminated in the present day strong joint venture relationships and affiliated companies in China and elsewhere in the world. The development of these relationships has allowed Paragon to grow exponentially in the last few years in its ability to provide quality products at reasonable prices for the customer's of Paragon Water Systems, Inc. As a result of the strong ties with the China production facilities Paragon today is in the unique posture to take new production projects from conception through full production in a very short turn around time unlike many of Paragon's competitors.

George's role as CEO is a natural progression of the application of the knowledge he attained during his tenure with Paragon Water Systems, Inc. George brings the unique insider's knowledge of the entire water filtration product process from the formation of a product concept thru tooling, testing, certification, production and distribution of various water filtration products to each of the customers Paragon Water Service, Inc. services.

This unique first hand knowledge has allowed George and the President of Paragon Water Systems, Inc., David Swain, the unique advantage of being able to respond very quickly to the production needs of their customers.

David E. Swain-President and General Manager David E. Swain is the President and General Manager of Paragon Water Systems, Inc. and has been a driving force behind the growth and development of Paragon Water Systems, Inc. since he came on board in early 2002.

David came to Paragon Water Systems, Inc. after a lengthy career with Intel Corporation, which began with a variety of production and engineering positions growing into key management roles. David's responsibilities not only included management of large production facilities in the US but during this period David was also diligently working at transitioning the Company's production facilities to lower cost production sites overseas. This transitioning required both adherences to the rigid timeline constraints to implement the transition while simultaneously maintaining very high quality production standards.

David brought his unique qualifications to Paragon Water Systems, Inc. in 2002 at the same time that Paragon Water and it's CEO, George Lutich were moving into production arenas overseas. The coupling of David and George's expertise has lent itself to the corporate "can do" enthusiasm and ability to move quickly and expertly into projects that makes Paragon Water Systems, Inc., unique among its competitors.

David is a Florida native with Floridian heritage dating back to the 1700s. He and his wonderful wife of 11 years, Debbie, are proud parents of two young girls. David attended the University of Florida where he was a 4-year letterman and 3-year starting center on the football team. He graduated with a 4.0 GPA with a Bachelors degree in Chemistry and Dual Masters in Business and Engineering.
